Omg, i so know the answer. My friend's mom is a nurse and she says to take a midol; Midol can help muscle aches, cramps, backaches, bloating, fatigue, and lightheadedness. She also says to take an Asprin; Asprin is a blood thinner, so it will make clots and discharge become lighter along with your regular period.

I really hope I helped!!!

I realize this can be a sensitive issue, but I also have really bad cramps, so I got on the Pill (birth control) when I was 15 or 16 (just for the cramps, not because I was having sex) & it helped out a TON!! Plus there are all kinds of other benefits, like a lighter period. Talk to your parents/doctor about it, but I highly recommend it for any girls who have severe cramps! My Pill of choice is Yaz, but that is just me personally. Good luck!

I get cramps sometimes, but not as bad as that. There's nothing wrong with you, some girls get them, and some don't. Some girls have cramps like that every period, so consider yourself luck. Midol is a good choice, and you can probably find a generic version at walmart.

They usually keep the generic & name brand medicines all grouped together. Pick up a box of midol, then look around for other boxes that same 'cramp relief' or 'period relief' or something like that. Then compare the ingridents and take the cheapest one.

If you were stressed, had any change in your routine, or diet, that might have caused the cramping. You're extremely lucky, most people get cramps like that once a month.

Cramps happen for different reasons; stress, lack of exercise, low levels of hormones, etc., etc.

A heating pad on your abdomen helps, motrin, rest, exercise, some suggestions.

don't worry it doesn't seem to serious. sometimes you just get really random symptoms before your period and you get them once and never again. If you do get them again i would try eating bananas, it really helps! Maybe take some aspirin too.
