It just did..
Ode to a Cinnamininin
Ah the sweet pungent
Senses aroused and delighted
I breath the essence
of your sweet effervescence
Red dust sand storm
that sends my tongue swirling
and tingling and whirling
this must be heaven

User Mack sounds like me, except I believe there is a connectedness with all things in the Universe. In quantum physics, there is what is known as Quantum Entanglement, a phenomenon in which the quantum states of particles are linked together such that one particle cannot be affected without affecting its counterpart, even when the particles are separated by light years. Given that all matter in the Universe was at one time entwined in whatever primal seed erupted into the Big Bang, IMHO, all matter is interconnected at the quantum level. The great Einstein abjectly opposed to such thinking, calling it "spooky action at a distance," but in the mid-60's, physicist John Stewart Bell proposed a theory that is still under hot debate. Some experiments of Bell's theorem using entangled photons seem to prove it happens, and has led to research into quantum computing. Thus, in a way, the Universe will sometimes seem to conspire against you. How do you like them beans???

The universe is not conspiring against me...
But somebody is...I've gotten noise complaints from the management and local police that are akin to..."He's watching T.V. late at night...!" or..."He's always on his computer when he's home, and the clacking on the keyboard is keeping us awake...!"
Well, no sheet, sherlock...I'm a nightowl...I'm a musician, and I work the graveyard shift...I sleep during the day...and I don't understand why they don't just come down, knock on my door, and ask me to be quieter...I respond very well to personal polite requests...but when cops are called, or the management are called, and I don't hear about it until later...what am I supposed to think of my neighbors...
They suck, that's what I think...if they are too afraid to confront me politely like civilized human beings, and they can't handle a little background through the walls normal living noises of the person living below them...they are the ones who need to move out...not me...I've learned over the years to ignore ambient background apartment noise...
And they need to do the same, kids or not...not conspire against me to "coerce" me into moving out...just ask, neighbors...! I'm a nice guy...don't call the cops and complain to the management...geezus!

You're loved. You're a true sweetheart. The problem Cinn is you are usually the good thing that happens to others.
Cheer up. I'm sure karma will come your way.
All my best,
Todd

YES TOTALLY! try to focus on the good things :) you must have Friends and family who care about you, even if it doesn't seem like it at times. A way i like to think about it is " If I got seriously injured, who would care" answer that question for yourself :)
