Listen dear, I think the question should be more like what kind of job are you qualified for, how much does it pay and how long will it take to cover the cost of the bike and related cost at the wages you deserve.

I could tell you ,if you become a surgeon, you could pay for your bike in a few hours ,but I doubt you are qualified.

first of all the ninja should not cost 4000. 250s cost 3000 brand new. i guess if you care adding in gear and msf classes and stuff then it could get up to 4G but i recommend you get a used one. you can probably find a used ninja 250 and get your gear for 2-3 thousand dollars. think about this...if you want to make 4000 in ten months that is 400 dollars per month. but you need your net pay to be 400 so that will probably be 500 dollars per month that you will have to earn. also you would have to save all of this money. that means your working hard but putting it all away. i don't know of a job for a 15 year old to make 400 a month, but i guess it depends on where you live. you should probably just find what ever jobs you can get and take the one that pays the most and has the most time available for you to work. work as much as you can and put it all away. it'll be tough because you'll have to work everyday, save all the money you have, stop hanging out with your friends because you won't have money to pay. but the bike will be worth all of that misfortune in 10 months. hey maybe you can find a boyfriend to pay for your **** so you don't have to worry about saving your money and buying your ****!

as far as the job goes, try a grocery store, but not like a regular one, try a fance healthy food grocery store they pay more

Hey don't get a new one get a used one here is why Used is better.

When you first get the ninja (I own one) you won't be able to ride it over 40 mph for 500 miles! You have to break it in. Then after that break in period you have to pay through the nose for service and it will cost you at least $500.00

Go to the sites below and get used. Get one with over 2000 or 3000 miles or more. The engines last about 50,000-80,000 miles so it will last a long time and, used, you can sell it for a better profit.

You can find them under $2000 used. I saw some $900 $1100 etc..Also you can negotiate alot. Go there with cash and tell them you'll pay x amount and if they don't take it walk away.

I guess the biggest question you need to ask yourself is "What am I capable of doing?" You're too young for any job that's going to require driving, so you need to think about something closer to home. If you're responsible and trustworthy, consider babysitting. I know that sounds all too stereotypical, but you'll find affluent couples are willing to pay good money for someone to look after the kids so they can have an evening or weekend to themselves. You need to be dependable and honest and they have to be able to trust you with their kids and house. If you can fill the bill, your name and reputation will spread by word of mouth and you may even find you have more offers than you can handle. Here's a few tips on making youself a babysitter that parents will fight other parents for. First of all, be dependable. If you say you'll be there at 6 PM, show up at 5:55, not 6:05. If on Monday you say you'll babysit on Friday, by all means be true to your word even if on Thursday the best looking guy in school wants to take you to the movies on Friday. Ask the parents what is and isn't expected of you concerning discipline, you don't want them coming home to kids that scream about you beating them nor do you want them to come home to a house torn apart. When the parents are gone, in the house go where necessary and no where else. In other words, stay out of the medicine chest, closets, desk drawers and so on. If you don't have any business being there, you have no business being there. The last thing parents want is some kid rooting around in their personal belongings. If you find a $100 bill laying on the floor, give it to them when they return. They may have actually lost it or they may be testing your honesty. Either way, when you give it back, you will have scored a bunch of brownie points. One other thing, if you feed the kids, wash the dishes afterwards. The last thing momma wants is to come home to a kitchen full of dirty dishes. If the kids have food slobbered all over their faces, wipe them off. And last but not least, stay off the phone unless it's business. Little kids can get into a deadly accident while you're yacking to your girlfriend about who said what. Mom and dad coming home and finding the house and kids clean, nobody squalling with a poopy diaper and finding you haven't searched their house with the effeciency of the FBI is what gets you big tips from dad (a happy wife is a romantic wife and he might just get lucky tonight), has mom telling her friends about the great job you did and ensures you're the first person they call the next time they need help. Do that and soon enough you'll be deciding when and where you work. Good luck!

Get a used bike. GS500E or EX250 / 500 .. the newer EX's are a bit updated, the older ones have an insane amount of parts available... if you buy new, once you want to move up to a 600, you'll be taking a pretty large loss, but if you buy used you can sell it later for the price you paid. and 10 months is a long time, you could easily make that with a minimum wage part time job.

Not to put you down, but with your age and not knowing your experience in anything, you can't really find a good job that can pay for the things your are planning. The only thing I can think of, not to sound sexist, if you are good looking, you can try modeling. The know friends that make @ $300 in 2 days doing import photo shoots.
