sesshoumaru would win. i mean, come on....he is fast. he just glides across the floor. look at how fast inuyasha is when he runs. sessh catches up to him without effort. plus he can burn your skin like acid just by grabbing with his hands. second he has that yellow whip like thing that emits from his hands that can slice you up just as easy as a sword can if not easier. then of course he has super strength. and if thats not enough, he can turn into a giant dog. sephiroth can only match up with sesshoumaru as far as speed and sword skills go.......maybe.
but he cant match sesshomaru's strenght and super-natural abilities....

Ooooohhh.... I could provide this to Sephiroth. the two are chilly blooded killers, with insane quantities of capability. yet Sephiroth is a lot superior. He has whooped Cloud's *** repeatedly, merely like Sesshomaru claims to be waiting to do to Inuyasha.... yet given the reality that Inuyasha is probable as solid as Cloud (without Materia), and Sesshomaru has oftentimes struggled against Inyuasha this is smart that he could straight away fall to the Baddest Motherf***** ever.... Sephiroth (quite if it fairly is the Sephiroth we observed in FFVII:AC)!

It's Sephiroth for me. He's fast, got a long sword and can strike you without warning. Sesshoumaru doesn't seem to match him well in speed.

Don't forget: He has Tenseiga and Bakusaiga now. Tenseiga prevents lethal blows, revives a dead individual, and purifies undead/beings from the world beyond. Bakusai destroys anything it makes contact with, causes said target to destroy anything it's connected to, and prevents the target's regeneration. That, and it can destroy multiple targets in less than a second.
