dial up isp?

what is the best dial up ISP that will not rip you off, and that has good connections, and you can check a web based email of your own choosing?

all i know is that aol and netzero are not it ...

Why don't you check Verizon instead. They have a hi speed connection at 768 K Bytes/second for about $20.

It sure beats dial up!!!

NONE...with the price of dial up being about the same price just a few dollars cheaper than high speed connections, it just doesn't make sense for dial up any more.
