The death penalty is for those who deserve it and rob others of their normal lives.

How did a baby deserve to be murdered? I don't care if it's engalberg humperdinks body, someone has to stand up for those who cant speak for themselves because they're stuck inside "mommy's" promiscous body. But Hey, God's the one they'll be answering to, not me.

Here's something, how can a mother who lost a baby that was inside her press charges for man slaughter to a guy who caused her to lose the baby if babies "aren't human until outside the womb" people want to say that babies aren't human until outside the womb, but I believe that no sooner the sperm and egg unite, that is a human life.

God thought women were smart and caring enough to trust them with a life, to play that role of some sort of "god" and look at what most of them are doing, it 's just sad. It's giving responsible women a bad name as well.

The ONLY way to even consider abortion is if it's a definate and serious birth defect or the mother was raped, but there's normally plan b's there for that, adn Adoption agancies out there.

As for political parties and voting, I just pick the lesser of the evils.

You can believe in God , but believe in abortion or death penalty? Funny question.

I do not agree with death penalty , because mistakes are made and this one can not be corrected.

I am pro choice because , that is what it is choice. If you do not want to do it do not! I personally would never do it, may be because I am male? :) But I would not want my partner to do it either. Would I force it on other women? No.
You can either support it all the way or not. If you think that any abortion is a murder then it is your choice and I can respect it. But , I do not agree with it. I would not force this law on a raped woman or molested girl or if there is a health danger to the mother. If you have exceptions to this rule, then it is allowing limited "murder". So my choice is to support abortion all the way. I definitely do not believe people use it as contraceptive!

and yes I am a liberal.

I don't support the death penalty, it sets a bad example, it endorses killing in order to settle a score. Thats why states and countries that have the death penalty have higher crime rates than those that don't. I do not "support" abortion, but it is a woman's private business, not mine, not yours, and there can be perfectly valid reasons for getting one--I heard a case about a Republican pro-life woman in the Midwest who got a problem pregnancy, if brought to term it was going to kill her. So she had it aborted. And she learned something--abortions are a serious business, nothing that Big Government or politicians should weigh in to for their own political advantage. Political Ideology--I love and support the Constitution.

With abortion, there are countless issues to evaluate, mutually with (as replaced into stated in yet another answer): replaced into the lady raped? if so, why could she could circulate throughout the whole being pregnant bearing the youngster of a rapist? might she be waiting to love this new child, or be subjected to circulate throughout the soreness of putting him/her up for adoption? yet another element could be that the mothers and dads comprehend the youngster is going to have particular delivery defects (terrible ones) the place it would be a extra clever option to have an abortion, no rely how heartbreaking. interior the case of an unintentional being pregnant, that's not honest to the unborn new child not being given the prospect to stay (for my area). The dying Penalty I hate the assumption-approximately, yet having stated that, I certainly have not been in touch personnaly with a case. i'm particular if i replaced into interior the footwear of a rapist/murderers mothers and dads who's youthful daughter replaced into molested and killed, i might totally help the dying penalty. universal its not my determination on who lives and dies nevertheless.

This is a hard one! Maybe too deep for 9:30 pm, but I'll give it a go.

Death penalty- It may be an "easy" way out, but it is a waste of hard earned tax dollars to keep them alive.

Abortion- It is sad to think that you don't want, or don't think you can't handle a baby. Unfortunately this is very close to home for me. I wasn't sure if my body could handle another pregnancy, and the thought crossed my mind.

I don't regret the decision that I made. I can't looking at her big beautiful smile. There are many different scenarios that revolve around abortion. It is not my place, nor anyone else's to decide for them. It is a decision that they will live with forever.

Both very touchy subjects, aren't they? I believe in both for both (ie: sometimes death penalty and abortion and other times not) depending on the circumstances of each situation that requires action.

Didn't really answer that definitively did i?

neither -killing is wrong. (Abortion only in the cases of incest, rape or harm to the mother)
Jen: You say "Without a Shadow of a doubt"That is the problem innocent people are released from death row all the time, and it is obvious that we have executed innocent people, so who avenges their murders? If you want further reason agaisnt the death penalty:
Death penalty trials cost an average of 48% more than the average cost of trials in which prosecutors seek life imprisonment. It is actually more expensive to kill someone. With at least 2 lawyers mandatory for most death penalty case, and appeals that go for years it becomes more expensive to kill someone than keep them in prison. also, every month you see people exonerated by DNA evidence and they were on death row. Statistics show that 10% of inmates on death row are innocent, and leads you to believe that we have therefore executed innocent people. There is in all states "Life without the possibility of Parole" which means that inmate will NEVER interact with society again. IF there is even the possiblity of killing an innocent person, don't you think that is grounds enough for a moratorium on the death Penalty? And are we to teach people it is wrong to kill by killing people? Taking a life is taking a life, regardless of what "title" someones carries who commits the murder. And the part I love about the people who answer this questions is those who support the death penalty are screaming for someone to be killed, hoping and wishing for another persons death, "its wrong to kill so we must kill them!"..that is absolutely rediculous. It also strikes me as amusing that the so called "Pro-Lifers" who picket abortion clinics and say abortion is wrong are usually the people screaming for someone to be put to death.

I find that people who do not believe in abortion, push to have a person executed when she or he is of age and commits a capital crime. And people who are pro choice are usually against the death penalty.

I THINK IN BOTH CASES IT HAS IT'S GOOD AND IT'S BAD. ON ABORTION, I THINK IF IT'S A CASE OF RAPE OR INCEST, YES. IF IT'S A CASE OF SOMEONE JUST NOT PRACTICING SAFE SEX, NO. ON THE DEATH PENALTY, THIS MAY SOUND HORRIBLE BUT I THINK THE PUNISHMENT SHOULD FIT THE CRIME, AN EYE FOR AN EYE. ON POLITICS, I THINK A POLITICIAN WILL SAY AND DO ANYTHING TO KEEP IN THE GOOD GRACES OF THEIR POLITICAL PARTIES. I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE THEIR OWN MINDS. THEY PROMOTE IDEAS PUT I THEIR HEADS FROM THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WRITE THEIR SPEECHES. THEY ARE PUPPETS ON A STRING IF YOU ASK ME.

I'm a Republican, but definitely a moderate one. I believe the death penalty is not punishment at all, but a necessary practice for the protection of a peaceful society. To remove people who are without a shadow of a doubt violent and dangerous and should not be allowed to persist.

I don't 'believe in' abortion, but I also don't accept anyone else having the authority to tell me what to do or not to do with my body. A fetus is only an individual when it is outside the womb, when in gestation it's the woman's right to decide what to do with it.
