what is Phenylalanine? where is it found in? what it use for? wat are the affects (good/bad) on human?

It is a primary component of Aspertame (NutraSweet, Equal) artificial sweetner.

With that info, you should be able to research the concerns about ill health by having too much of this sweetner.
