Are you sure you have the lyrics correct? What type of music is this song? I could not find any song lyrics with
"I'm a man I'm living all along I need someone to call my own..."

I keep finding your posts though, apparently no one else knows this either, where did you hear it? More information may help. Also maybe post the whole song instead of just part of it.
