who ever has the guts to carry it off! Ya have to be so cool that you don't care if people think you're cool or not. Style is more about self confidence, rather than about actual couture

its really the the normal everyday people
why
because even if top of the line designers design the clothes if the majority of the people dont wear it its not going to be in style
like for instance i used to hate how the legins looked on people you know back then but when they came back in style i liked them its just desingers that take a chance people like it lots of people wear it its in style although
mostly the high top of the line designers put together these new extravagant wierd styles and then the designers with less fame make the designs more casual so then everybody can buy them but yeah fashion is a complicated wrold
a designer trys something new something risky then someone sees it they like it they buy it they wear it somelse likes it they wear it someone else likes it they wear it soon everybodys wearing it its in style
but yeah designers are crazy and kinda stupid its like they but things togthere like a 5 year old would jajaja totaly true but i love them they make this world a better place

Some marketing people try to ursurp the role, but the reality is we all make that decision. Sometimes what is advertised as "in style" is garbage and we all know it. It's the kind of style that's like a direct to video movie. Now that you know what to look for, I bet you'll see it more often.

No one really gets to decide. But usually whatever the big designer people make, other stores start to make to and then it's considered "in style".

Ok, 'style' gets decided by:
Designers (make the clothes = Stylists (Pick which is good) = Buyers (Buy the picked ones) = Celebrities (Wear the buyer's picked clothes) = Us regular folks (see celebrities wears em and pick that same outfit)= The Streets (Us folks take the clothes to the streets and another folk like em and wear that same outfit)= In Style.
Example: Instyle magazine (which focus on celebrity fashion) and Vogue magazine (which focus on style based on editorials and stylists)

Apparantly the people at the top with fame and money, who THINK they know what looks good----HAH! So many styles they come up with are just plain fugly.
I say wear the clothes that you like. Don't be a sheep. Be original ♥
