What are some Ideas?

My cousins are trying to kind of start their own company well not company but they want to make and sell things and they are 11 and 12. They came to me for help on figuring out what they should do but I'm not sure so do any of you have any Ideas?

Have they got any skills, such as carpentry or wood working? They could make and sell decorative bird houses.
