No I would think you were the culprit who rolled the house next door! Excellent job by the way, it was like a toilet paper fairyland! Until the rain made it stick all soggy like to the tree trunks...yukky!

You don't have to do that,it is already done for you at the sewage treatment plant and then re-cycled.
