Um, thats probably for the whole onion, I would say a serving has 500-600 calories and 40-50 grams of fat per serving. It is really good though. That is one of those things I save for when I am really treating myself. Anything you eat in moderation will not harm you, I promise. That is long as you mix it up with healthy low calorie fare also. If I got that, I would just order a salad with low calorie dressing on the side. Dont order the Cobb salad though, its loaded with calories and fat.
Or, if you are going to go all out, just do it every once in a while and do not eat a lot of fats for the next couple days.

That does not make arithmetic sense. At least one of the numbers you gave must be wrong. A gram of fat has 9 calories so a serving of 150 grams has 1350 calories. If there are four servings that is 1350 x 4 which makes 5400 calories just from the fat. Since there are also carbs at 4 calories each either it is way more fattening than you think or it has fewer grams of fat per serving. Either way if you eat your share of that Blossom you are on your way to getting Awesome fat.
