Do you need ID to own a credit card?how can a minor get an ID if you need one?

IDs are issued by the state either in the form of drivers license or plain id card .
Credit cards are for people who have real income from employment or passive income and can pass a credit check .

What is your income for the credit check ?

You don't need an ID, but as a minor, you shouldn't have a credit card of your own, as you are not responsible for the bills, but your parents or guardians are.
