can I rent a wherhouse and live there too.?

I need a place where I can live and work,at the same time.

That's a fire code and zoning violation. It also has implications for the owner's insurance (and yours too). That said, it's not very enforceable and you could probably get away with it.

If it is zoned live / work , yes .
( some warehouses do Not have bathroom facilities )
