I just would like to ask your opinion regarding the best viewing site for the A380s arrival. Actually, I have two main choices, the first one is our house in rizal (because planes landing at NAIA directly fly on the airspace above our house and I learned that it (A380) would be approaching through that direction). My other option is the Fort.

The problem with our house is that the plane might probably pass directly above it, only giving me a good view of it from the underside. For the Fort, it is somewhat far from our place, but I know it would offer a much better view of it.

Any other good places to view the plane on its landing?

Tnx..

The aircraft can be clearly seen at The Fort in Taguig City but can be best viewed at the east-west service roads of the South Luzon Expressway near the gates of Villamor Airbase and Merville Subdivision.

I suggest you go to the road beside the airport, at the entrance to Multinational Village, when it lands on October 11.
Or go to Clark the next day, October 12. The plane will be there, too.

From Wikipedia:

On October 11, 2007, an Airbus A380 MSN009 test aircraft will land in NAIA and demonstrate that it can be used under normal airline operating conditions.[2] At 2:45 p.m., the plane will drive thru NAIA’s longest runway, the 3,700-meter long 06/24 runway. Manila is part of the aircraft’s test flight technical route. It will also visit South America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific (aimed at accumulating 150 hours of “typical airline” continuous operation using the new Engine Alliance GP7000 engines manufactured by General Electric and Pratt and Whitney). It is just so funny that there are some ignorant people answering YAP who don't even know what's happening in their neighborhood. As they say, an empty can is a little noisy than a can that is full. I guess that goes true to the Philippine Senate. God bless the Philippines for having citizens like mrmpcebu59.

A380 lands in NAIA? Are you serious. Not in the near future. Our runway cannot handle this behemoth. Imposible!!!! Who gave you that information anyways? The false prophet of doom? The newspapers. Ha!ha!ha! Don't read Filipino newspapers. They suck
