You will love it here -- and you will know it's safe once you get here.

Yes, Denver is a safe city. It is NOT in the top crime rate cities in the U.S. There are bad parts of town, just like in any city. But, in gerneral, it is safe, and a very nice place to live. it has a great zoo, great museums and many things for kids and families to do. i hope you enjoy living there.

It is a safe city. You don't necessarily need to be in the suburbs to feel safe. Alot has changed in the past few years, especially in the downtown areas. You will like it.
