It's usual for one month to be considered the period until the same date in the next month (with various rules for getting around things like "one month after May 31"), so six months after May 8th is November 8th.
If you want the date that's exactly 183 days after your birthday, that would be November 7th. The date that's 183 days before your birthday is November 6th or 7th of the previous year, depending on whether or not your birthday is in a leap year.

We celebrated our first week, our first month, our a million/4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days (3 month) and 6 month birthdays by purely having a family participants dinner and announcing how grateful we've been. Our oldest little ones have been there (19 and 24 3 hundred and sixty 5 days olds), alongside with our observed toddler, Jacob. of direction, we rejoice life itself, via fact we are so fortunate to have those appropriate infants (and granddaughter, and a million on the way)
