You posted this in renting and real estate.

Have you read your textbook for what those two words mean? Associative property means how the numbers are grouped - commutative (check your spelling) means the order the numbers are in. In your example, the numbers are in the same order, just the grouping has changed.

now hurry up and do your homework, so you can go hang out with your friends, and ask a real estate question like:

a= number of homes
b= number of buyers

a+b = b+a

what property of addition does this demonstrate?

Go read a 5th grade math textbook or 3rd grade i just reviewed that and when you have prentasises that means it`s associative

First learn how to spell, then post your question in the right category. Third, do your homework yourself.IF you don;t understand it, ask your teacher. that is what they are there for, and remember the only stupid question is the one you don;t ask.
