How do I look my Best?

thats me.
i have side bangs and layers.
what can i do to look my best.

you look a little plain jane- but i think you could be really pretty and christina ricci-ish. I think its your eye area that needs work.

Definately:
1) fill in your eyebrows.. they are really really light.. im not saying to do those crazy penciled in fake looking eyebrows... just make them a little darker
2) Do a shimmery beige eyeshadow and some grey eyeliner (is less drastic then black)
3) top it off with a few coats of mascara

Then maybe get a little more volume in your hair.. its looks greasy and heavy....

and youll be looking beautiful :)

Aww, omg, you're so cute! Don't do anything- your cheeks are that cute flushed pink that women spend $$$ on different blushes to get, and you have one of the best pouts I've seen- keep it moisturized with a great lipbalm (Burt's Bees tingles and it's deliciously moisturizing). With a dark-medium brown eyeshadow, you can fill in your brows somewhat. If you want more glamour, apply a pale ivory-peachy nude shadow (you can top off with some shimmer if you like); line your eyes in a black eyeliner (outer edges only) and complete with one-two coats of mascara on your top lashes only. To give your hair a little volume, turn your head upside down and brush it out- it's better in the long run than blow drying. Or you could try putting large rollers in to give voluminous waves! Other than that, I think you look gorgeously cute! Hope this helps :)

Hmm, your really pretty but you could improve.

Hair.
Your hair looks kindof flat and matted down in that pic.

You should first wash and condition with really good smelling shampoo and conditioner. While your hair is damp put mousse in your hair and combs your hair to take out tangles and smooth your hair. Blow dry you hair and try to keep the body in your hair.

Makeup
You have really good skkin!

Even out your skin tone with tinted moisturizer or really sheer foundation.
I also think you would look really good with bronzer but you have fair skin so stick to a light blush and neutral lips.

You have beautiful eyes. They are a great asset for you. Maybe a perm will lift your hair, but concentrate on your eyes, they will be what draws people to you Just a tiny bit of make-up. You are already beautiful, learn to accentuate the positive and diminish the negative.

I think you look great as you are! I like your hiar, but it's pretty thin (like mine) - some good body shampoo will help make it look fuller. or maybe some large curlers. I would just lightyl apply some eyeliner and mascara, and some shimmering gloss. Mary Kay's "Cream & Sugar" or "Sugarberry" gloss would look good on you. I wouldn't overdo it cause you are naturally pretty :) Good lcuk!
