UUUggggh! Honey, I know. It is gross. It is horrid. I hate it. I know it. Cry it out. Just cry it out because when it's gone it feels WONDERFUL.

I remember the day it went away. I was getting out of my car to go to work and I stopped dead in my tracks and I thought about him for a second... and I felt nothing... absolutely nothing... complete indifference... like he was just a character in a book... almost a figment of my imagination... I didn't love him, like him, hate him, detest him, long for him... nothing *poof*! Just like that,....gone! So I can promise you.... it will go away... start by removing everything in your environment that reminds you of him/her (don't know your gender or gender preference).... erase the phone number, the email, give away the gifts, the clothes...everything gone.... it'll help with less reminders.

You'll be OK....and then you'll meet someone who is AMAZING!!! And you'll wonder why you even cared about that clown in the first place!

I mean i never had a cold feeling, but i have felt sick to my stomach after having my heart broken, and just felt like crying all the time. Like i wouldn't eat, and would cry myself to sleep at night. It really does suck, its 1 of the worst feelings ever!!!!

honey i know what it feels like. i myself have experienced a few heart breaks, and it's just about the worst feeling in the world. it feels as if your heart has you wrapped around it's finger, and pulls you which ever way it wants, you feel powerless with no control. not even a bowl of chocolate ice-cream could save you now.. i don't know how long it will take to go away, because each time is different, just try to keep yourself occupied with other things, and treat yourself and your closest friends to a "girl's night"... (it's the best remedy) I hope all goes well in the future, and your heart recovers and stays in one piece.. best wishes and good luck hun!

Yep. A couple of different times actually. Don't worry. It's a natural reaction to emotional pain. It'll get better. I don't feel it anymore, but I think I will always remember feeling that way. That feeling shaped me into the person I am now. It'll make you appreciate the good things in life later on. I hope you feel better soon!

Yes, I've had that feeling more times than I would like to count, I wouldn't wish that on even my worst enemy!! I know it may be hard to believe at this moment in your life but the pain will fade and become more bearable as time goes on!! If you need someone to talk to, send me an email and I would be glad to help in any way that I can!!

This won't help but it is something to keep in mind. "No man hath affliction enough for affliction is a treasure" I could explain it but I won't. Think about it. Wish I could help with containing your hurt but no one can.

Please do NOT ever let anyone's callous attitude towards you diminish your capacity for Love. ... Love is, by all accounts, the only true transcendental experience available to a human being. Love might bite, love might bleed - but love is also the way YOU make it. ... MAKE IT WONDERFUL!
