Write a paper and submit it to Physics Review (or any other reputable Physics Journal. They all have websites that'll tell you all you need to know about submission media, formats, etc.) Phys. Rev. will send it out (usually to about a dozen or so of the Worlds best Physicists) for peer review and, if everyone agrees that it's a good paper, you'll get it published.

Well done! Beat me to it! Tell me how did you solve the renormalisation problem for the interaction of gravitons in the quantum gravity field equations? Was it by relaxing the infinite range constraint? Do you have a particle event detector chamber high in the atmosphere to detect 10^20eV collisions involving cosmic rays?

Universities. They have a lot of knowledgable staff that can look at the work, and they may even let you publish your work on their university press.
