i have 3 sons. my two oldest (10 and 13) share a room. one morning after my 13 year left for school, my 10 year old told my that my other son took off his clothes and started touching his penis and it got really big.now i understood that he was masturbating. when i checked on them the other night, my 13 year old was naked. the only reason i found out was because his covers fell off of him. what should i do.

Don't worry about it. This is normal behavior for a 13 year old. Although doing it in front of his brother is a little odd but still nothing to worry about.
As far as him sleeping naked, That is normal. Most people are more comfortable sleeping this way including myself.
I do not know what your housing situation is but if you can do it, try and work it out where your 13 year old has his own room. It's obvious he is going through puberty and will start needing his privacy. If you can't give him his own room, just have a talk with him and let him know that what he is doing is not wrong but to use the bathroom if he feels he needs to do it and not to do it while his brother is around. If you haven't already, it would also be a good time to have the "TALK" with him and intertwine the 2 issues. Good luck!!

It's natural. You just have to respect that and there's not really anything you could do unless you tell your 13 year old to wait until his little brother is asleep.
