Um... no because he's not snatching up babies and killing them. He is supporting the given right of women to choose what to do with their bodies, as it should be.
I am glad that he is supporting that choice, it's not any politician's decision, but the woman's.

Technically, no. He may be an accomplice, but accomplices cannot be charged with actually murder. It's the person who makes the choice who comes out the "murderer" in the end

He's obviously a liberal blue stater. He's only from the bluest state of them all. Probably the only way to get elected in such a 'tolerant' blue state.

He is not helping them, he realizes that they will never give in, and its pointless to have them ruin everything else you are trying to accomplish because of one stance.
No one is getting rid of abortion any time soon. They really value abortion and will fight to keep it no matter what anyone says.

This is quite the hot topic these days. It is my opinion that unborn lifeforms cannot be "killed". You must be alive become dead. Fetuses aren't even conscious (a.k.a. 'alive') until pretty much after the first trimester in the womb.
