The arm attached to your butt would be very strong, and you would probably spin in circles a lot trying to grab stuff from it with your other hand...so I guess dizzy?

Quite interesting, and perhaps useful. The hand can check the object or area for sharp, sticky, ect things and remove them before sitting... without having to turn your head to look.

you wouldnt have as far to reach to wipe your anus after leaving a stool. you would have further to reach to feed yourself with a fork or chopsticks. punching someone in the face would be harder. you could have a waank without people noticing.
