In the United States the federal minimum wage is $5.65/hour. Many states have mandated higher minimum wages than the federal minimum. I am not sure if either Mexico or France has a minimum wage.

In the USA it depends on the State. The federal minimum wage is $5.65, but in CA in January, it will be $8.00.
