Bush lied? Or as the saying goes “when Clinton lied, nobody died” (unless you’re Sudanese or Haitian)

Here is a list of the people who said the exact same thing about Weapons of mass destruction as President Bush. Most of them said this the year before President Bush entered office. Most of them also made the same type of statements leading up to the war under President Bush.

President Clinton
Madeline Albright secretary of state under president Clinton
Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser also under president Clinton
Sens. Carl Levin
Tom Daschle
John Kerry
Rep. Nancy Pelosi
Sen. Bob Graham
Al Gore
Sen. Ted Kennedy
Sen. Robert Byrd
Sen. Jay Rockerfeller
Rep. Henry Waxman
Sen. Hillary Clinton
George Tenant director of the CIA

Before anyone can call Bush a liar they would need to explain why all these political enemies of GWB were saying the exact same things as president Bush?

And why would President Bush know, what no one else seemed to know, that Saddam Hussein’s suicidal policy to not to provide weapons inspectors proof that he had destroyed his chemical weapons, as required by the agreement he signed at the end of the first Gulf War. Was not being done to hide his weapons, but was all about some, as yet unknown point of pride.

To say the words Liar you need more than saying he was wrong.

To the person that said that Bush had more information than congress, thats untrue. The Senate intelligence committee had the same data as Bush and since it had been collected in the 90s had had it far longer. The reason the libs backslid on what they were saying was purely political. They didn't want it to look like they were supporting a Republican President and they were still angry that he had won the 2000 election. (Yes I said won, by at least 2 recounts)

Bush had access to far more information than any congress person. He and Dick selectively presented the information to congress and the people that only showed their side of the issue. add to that the downing street memo's and we see a pattern of planned deception. UINSCOM inspectors found no evidence of the programs that were in question but that evidence was down played and actively suppressed in some cases. they tried to manufacture consent.

I agree with Johnny D. Fact to liberals are like throwing pearls to the swine. It's a waste of good pearls and ticks off the swine.

Um, hey Steve, here's another pearl; congress has access to the same information that the President has. All they need to do is ask. But good try.

It depends on what the lie is like if I ask: Q: Have you done anything with another girl while we were dating? A(lie): uh... no Than never would forgive him. If it was: Q: What grade did you get in ELA? A(lie): 98 That would slide

Bush ignored plenty of evidence to the contrary and only took what he needed to justify a war.
