I think the blacks are trying to act like the victims when they are at fault just like the white students if not more.

The more truth that comes out from this story, the more embarrassed the media are.
The more we learn of the story, just like Duke, the worse it gets for the black side.

To compare assault on a young boy with putting ropes in a tree is nuts. Granted the racial provocation was wrong but the school dished out punishment for it. When groups like this one take it upon themselves to dish out punishment they become vigilantes. Their actions warrant juvenile punishment not adult but for the NAACP and everyone to protest so grossly is wrong. The Media did their usual thing and used the cheap air time but did not think of the negatives of the entire mess. Time this country let the media know how tired they are of stories like the Jena 6. Give the boys community service and put the story to bed.

I think they are low life cowards that attacked a victim from behind and should go to jail for a long time. I also think they are using excuses and blaming others for a crime they committed that they knew was wrong and therefore they should be charged as adults. In most states , 17 is adult age anyway. And I think they are using their own population of people to get money fraudulently.

The main problem is how the law was adjusted to address youth crimes, and how to define when a youth becomes an adult.
Some who were involved Qualified as adults, by State law.

It took the Race card to take the man out of the boy, to get him back into J&D courts.

There is no doubt in my mind that justice there comes in colors. That needs to stop, and those responsible prosecuted.

However.......

When 6 black men beat up one white man, then they are just as guilty as the system they condemn. They become a part of the problem, and contribute to the racial hatred and violence. They too must face the consequences of their actions, as those in power must. There must be no difference or excuses. Racial hatred & viloence must stop on both sides.

Thank you for asking.

School violence still completely out of control.

There are least 3 guilty parties: The black students, the white students and the school. The evidence, including police work suggests that the black students were pretty justified and were defending themselves. Violence is violence and I do not condone it, however these kids (the black students) were obviously in harms way without protection.
