No, humans did not make Nitrogen.
"Elemental nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, tasteless and mostly inert diatomic gas at standard conditions, constituting 78.1% by volume of Earth's atmosphere. Nitrogen is a constituent element of all living tissues and amino acids. Many industrially important compounds, such as ammonia, nitric acid, and cyanides, contain nitrogen." From: Wikipedia

Hope this helps :-)

Nitrogen was NOT man-made-nitrogen makes up 78 percent of the air we breath; We didn't put it there

Nitrogen is very inactive, and doesn't interact with our bodys in any way. The only role nitrogen plays in our atmosphere is to dilute the oxygen. Without nitrogen to dilute oxygen, fires would burn out of control, and many humans would contract lung cancer; Not a very good thing.

Here is the composition of dry air.

Air we breath in:

Nitrogen 78%
Oxygen 21%
Other 1%: Argon(0.9%) Carbon Dioxide (0.03%) Ozone (variable) Sulfur oxides (variable) nitrogen oxides (variable)

Air we breath out:

Nitrogen 75%
Oxygen 16%
Carbon Dioxide 4%
Water vapor 4%
Other 1% of gases: I'm not sure

Air is 78% nitrogen. One gets nitrogen by chilling abnd compressing air until it liquefies. Then one distils it. Nitrogen is higher boiling than oxygen or most other stuff, and it comes over pure. Finally, one can buy nitrogen as a gas or liquid in cylinders.
