What? If your husband is in the military, he knew there's a chance he would have to go to war when he signed up. You would just be helping him to back out of his commitment.

Him having custody will not stop him from getting deployed. The military will make him have alternate plans for the child while he is deployed. You would end up getting your son back anyway. It is not worth the trouble.

First, that seems like a shameless way to use your son as a pawn. Second, what if he gets deployed anyway, and you no longer have custody, and you don't get a say in your son's life?

OMG , dont be so ridiculous , if he is in the army , navy or what ever and he gets called up then he HAS to go and protect the world from all the terrorists and stuff doesnt he? and besides the army and navy dont have hearts so they'll probably tell him to put the child into millitary school so good job on not showing loyalty to your country , omg what ever will we do.

Well this is my opinion on the matter...apparently he is in one branch of the military or another and he VOLUNTEERED for service. It is his JOB to go where the government sends him and if he don't want to go then he had no business signing on the dotted line in the first place!! Should you help him to NOT be deployed? Not in this lifetime!

Double verify your state regulation, yet to the suited of my know-how as a organic and organic parent without courtroom determination, your husband has as lots criminal suitable to that youngster as she does. Getting the youngster remote from her in courtroom is going to be complicated. and then with him interior the army and the shifting you have an high priced and extremely up hill conflict forward. Get on with it, and powerful success.
