There is a funny scene in "Van Wilder" when one of the frat boys is getting ready for a medical school entrance exam, his disgruntled girlfriend put's "Colon Blow" laxitive in his protein shake.
After his exam he is running to the bathroom but is hauled into an interview with the medical school staff... he loses it and takes a dump in the trash can. Poop humor at its best.

The hands-down winner is Harold and Kumar where the twins go to the ladies restroom and play BATTLE SH!TS!!! It's one of the funniest scenes of any movie. If you haven't seen it, rent it and you will nearly poop your pants laughing. :-D

yeah Dumb and Dumber, the funniest thing ever, I first saw it when I was 8 and I loved it!! I see it now and I crack till I almost want to poop. haha.

not another teen movie - when that chicks on the toilet and those three guys are in the vent watching, then they fall through the vent, into the bathroom, and the whole floor breaks in and they all fall into a classroom below and the toilet sprays all the crap onto the teacher
