A light breeze is nice, windy is fine but just not when it is freezing out.

I like it to be really windy if I can stay indoors and look at what the wind is doing. I like it to be a moderate breeze or a sometimes strong but mostly hardly there breeze coz it is an enjoyable thing. Especially when it's kinda warm out.
