Had been out to a restaurant & her room in a hotel a few months back. It was not actually a date as such as she is my ex-colleague & friend.
I believe in 'love at first sight & not after first dip' !
To me, Dating is just like a job-interview! I'm not for it in relationships.
Most often, we never speak our mind & we don't get to know exch other even after living together for years. How then, can a few dates help except that we've some free fun at minimum cost.

I haven't been out since July, and we went to a start park, had a great time. I just didn't feel that I was what she was looking for so we have gone out since, and now I've just been financially strapped and can not afford to date. Bummer for me :(

No such luck. It has been so long since I went out on a "date' that I can't even remember when or where.
