ATV Offroad Fury 3. It's a fun ATV racer with a lot of customizing. Brand new it's 19.99, I'm sure it's cheaper used. Here is an IGN review (they gave it a 9.2/10). I'd give it a 9.5/10, it's awesome.

Ds racing games are pretty cheap. like ridge racer. Look for used games at your local gamestop or eb games.

The Burnout series (try and get one lower than the fourth-Burnout 3 is really good.), Shrek Smash n crash if you're into that stuff, stuntman.
