YES!!! She is always loud for no reason at all! I swear I will be right next to her and she waits until I'm 8 feet away from her and scream a question or comment at me! I think she just wants people to look her way or something.

We had a Traffic & Weather Lady. This really slow talking, Stevie Nicks loving, Vicodin-taking woman. She would start her sentences with "Yeah..." and then drone on about traffic jams, rain, or fog. "Yeah... that might explain why So-and-so is late for work." She bugged the HELL out of me.
