nope it has NOTHING to do with what position you sleep. breast development can be hereditary. if your mom devloped around 13 then you probably will to. if she didn't you probably wont. it takes time and your breast wont be its full size until you're in you're 20's. I know that stink but im your age and im goin through the same thing it jus takes time.

I didn't get my first bra until I was almost 14. You're just fine, and no, it's not because of the way you sleep. People start developing at different ages. Some will get breatss before they get their period, some will get their period long before they ever get breats.
And don't worry, your breasts will keep growing until you are 25 years old. I went up a whole cup size between 18 and 24 years, now I'm a 36 B.

Pinky Rose,

Sleeping on your chest has nothing to do with breast development. Your breasts will start to grow once you hit puberty. You may want to ask your mother or aunts when they started puberty. This will give you an indication of when you most likely will start.

No, the position you sleep in doesn't affect when your breasts will grow. Some women didn't start to get breast development til they were around 13 or 14 years old. Please check with your mom to find out when she started to develop her breasts.

No! Every woman develops at a different rate! Some not even til age 16 or older. Dont get discouraged, one day you will develop completely! Plus, everyone isnt the same size!

how you sleep has nothing to do with your breasts. breasts grow genetically... and they grow at their own pace. some people start later than others, but who knows if you start late you might have bigger ones than others. just don't think about them... they'll come when they're ready

Nope! Not to be the bearer of bad news but I probably didn't start getting them until I got into high school.
