I visited a WalMart for about the 10th time in my nearly 40 years of life. Although I was not a patron - I wonder what that store chain does NOT chain? All these small businesses blame this store. I can see why. It seems like you can buy everything at WalMart. i want to know what you CAN'T buy at Walmart. List some tangible items please!

mostly your going to find a limited selection of the things you need...for instance they have whisper fish tank filters but no other styles from other manufactures which all have a different size.....the walmart by us has fresh fruit and veggies....they also sell black powder rifles but they don,t sell black powder....and if you want pancake mix they only have aunt jemima but not mrs buttersworth lol....also no liquor,adult toys,there cd's are edits versions no uncut stuff

Walmart makes every attempt to sell everything. However, the one thing that they fail on is selection within their stores. For example, if I want electronics, I DO NOT go to Walmart. I go to Fry's Electronics. If I want to fix stuff around the house, I DO NOT go to Walmart, I go to Home Depot.
Walmart does sell just about everything, but it doesn't have a good variety of stuff, and I really think Walmart is bad for small businesses.

They're all closing out on their fabric departments, most have closed already, and the ones still carrying fabric are going to be discontinued and the sales staff moved to other areas of the store by next Easter.
They have no good perfumes, no fresh meats, very little in the way of plumbing supplies, no wood for building, not enough of a range of printer cartridges or paper reams, no typewriters, a limited supply of books and business software. I haven't seen decent folding tables either, or a really nice printer for the computer. Their cat carriers are all cheap crap, and they don't carry anything for medium or large size dogs (to transport them in). No trees, no ivy, very few bushes. No sofas, no table lamps, no tires, etc.
