English is the only language I am fluent in - although I speak some French and a very little bit of German. I only ever use my French when visiting France - I don't know a great deal - and I don't know enough German to really be able to use it.

I speak 2, sorta.
English is my main, and I'm trying to become fluent in spanish. I don't use spanish, and I always use English.

I do speak spanish, italian, english and portoguese, and i have to say, living in a city cosmopolitan like London, i use them all.
