Need answers-Medieval total War 2 online?

I have installed the 1.2 patch for online play, then reinstalled it once because I had to reinstall the actual game. and even after this, I still see only 1 or 2 joinable games. I have now gotten the 1.3 patch but I didn't know how to update it. Does anyone know how to update it or what the problem is with the 1.2 patches?

Bud...its tough enough playing this game in the Campaign. Forget online.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Creative Assembly or better yet, Sega. They have forums at the website and can give you answers.
