Yeah, know how you feel.
Do not look at your classmates!!
Focus on the back of the room - a bulletin board, or whatever is up there. Keep looking back there all during your speech.
Memorize your speech so you KNOW it perfectly.
Before your speech, meditate. Visualize yourself giving your speech and having it go really well. Pray if you are so inclined.
Take a deep breath, say "I can do this." and go !

Highlight anywords you feel that you will or have been stumbling over (just dont get highlighter happy) put little up arrows between key words to remind yourself to look up and occasional simley faces so you will smile and let the audience know you are cofident and you stand by what you say

Here's what I learned a long time ago about speeches and still practice it.

Tell the audience what you're going to tell them.

Tell them.

Tell them what you told them.

In other words start with a simple introduction, letting them know the topic you're speaking on.

Talk to them about that topic.

Summarize what you told them.

Also... Know your subject matter.

Good luck.

Practice your speech, rehearse it in front of your family or friends. Remember to keep eye contact!
