right click on your desk top.
It should say something like "nvidia control panel" or "ATI Control Panel" about half way down the pop up bar.
Now , looking around in there , find something that says "rotate counter clockwise" , or something along those lines. UnCheck it.
That should work.

Try pressing Ctrl + up, left, right, and down until it turns right side up. This might not work though.
