I was looking at an old high school picture of mine and felt sad. My skin used to nice and glowy. My hair was beautiful. Now my hair is dull, my face is fat under the neck and there is no glow. Why do we change so much? Is it because of our new responsibilities?

Probably. When in highschool, we think we are having problems when we have a fight with a friend or got an 'F' on a test. Now, we are working, paying for our living expenses, trying to get ahead. With all of that, we can sometimes lose ourselves. But that is not forever. Do a little dieting for yourself or start to go to the gym 2 times a week. Go to the salon and get a hair treatment and cut and color (whatever you like). Then, go out and buy some new makeup or lipstick. (whatever you wear). Do this and you will feel prettier again. Than, it will motivate you to keep it up. Sometimes, we just need a kick back into reality.

STRESS...have you ever known a teenager that had stress...that is other than what they will wear or where they will go on Friday night. Our looks change every 7 years...cut babies are ugly when they reach 7...and then blossom when they turn 14....ugly again in their 20s...nice looking at 30.

Not sure if you drink now or not...but that has a real bad effect on skin tone.

If you think you look different now wait til you go over 40. Don't feel bad though. Aging process takes a toll but you will feel a lot better about yourself as you get older. You no longer worry about little things that bothers you as a teenager. Your self confidence grows and you stop worrying about how other people think of you and you will actually enjoy being yourself.

HGH = Human Growth Hormone. Our teen years are flooding with these hormones. As we get old they deplete rather quickly.

It's why there is such controversy over the multi billion dollar HGH market in the world today.
