I sure you could, but it probably wouldn't turn out very good.

The do have tye dye that comes in a can similar to spray paint that can be used. But normal craft/household spray paint can not be used as it gets hard when it drys

regular spray paint woud not work as it is not meant to put on fabric and u can't add mediums to it to make it more suitable for fabric. u should use fabric paint, they make fabric paint in a spray form, u can use that. tie the material first then spray with the fabric spray paint let it dry then remove the ties. set it out flat and let it completely dry before washing.

If you do it with fabric paint or dye, you can. Tulip makes spray dyes that work really well.
