Nunc Pro Tunc is Latin for "Now for Then". In other words, the petition for Contempt should have been filed previously and instead has been filed now.

Could mean you're screwed. Sure sounds like it unless there's more info. But..then again...I'm not a lawyer. Why? I have scruples and morals. Both things that are a prerequisite to lack for an attorney.

well, the first part, petition for contempt citation, means that they claim you did something with showed your contempt for the court or the proceedings and the second part, nunc pro tunc means that it was something done in the past that they are claiming now. Get an attorney!!!

Apparently someone didn't show up for court and the lawyer for the petitioner is asking that the divorce be granted anyway. Maybe some papers were missing as well.
