my girlfriend is the nurturing type. (at the same time I protect her and look out for her equally) I like girls that are nuruturing. Someone was telling me that this is unusual. Well is it or not?

she sounds like she knows who she is and tht is a nurturing person. It is fantastic you can appreciate her good qualities. Kudos to both.

some women now a days tend to be a little busier and thus a little more self involved, not tht there is anything wrong with that, but it takes away from the basics if you know what i mean. this is now a me me society, and you have a gem. keeper i say.

Not at all! In fact it is more the usual. I've been married 30 years, almost all men like a nurturing type, it's human nature, all the built in instincts of looking for a mate that will be a nurturing parent and protective of their family. It's why the old saying "The way to a mans heart is through his stomach" is still true today, even though the more menacing "The way to a mans heart is through his chest" is the saying today, His stomach is the way to win a Real mans heart! Continue taking care of each other and try very hard not to take each other for granted.

i dont think there's anything wrong with it she just cares about u dont listen to what people say judge on your views and what you feel. people can say whatever they want but that doesn't mean they're always right.. personally i'm nurturing too n if i had a guy that i loved n he loved me back i would def nuture him too but can i ask what her horscope is? cuz it can be horscope related.. if she's a cancer then maybe one of the reasons it's just naturally in her im a cancer n i find that i like nurture the things i love. so yeah there's nothing wrong with her caring about u so much n it's good that u do too :) keep it up guys!

It doesn't sound unusual. Some women are nurturing and others aren't--it all depends on personal choice. If you make each other happy, it sounds fine. Don't worry about it.

Why would that be unsual?? actually thats a nice thing to have in a person. There are alot of women out there that have this quality you just have to find them.
