I would easily start Gates over Clark, although Harrison may be out another week Gates is proven to be week in and week out, the best TE in football. However, you never know if Dallas Clark will show up even though he did have a big week in Week 4. Concerning your RB decision, I think that this is a no-brainer, and you NEED to start reggie bush. Yahoo Fantasy Sports reported that Bush will get the load of the carries since the split carries hasn't worked out (Saints 0-3). Also, with the Bills secondary decimated by injuries and lobe strains, Lynch's contributions in the ground game could be abandoned early. In four games this season, Lynch has averaged a mere 3.8 yards per carry, but has scored three times. Dallas has a number of fleet-footed pursuers who carry out gap assignments and cut-off blocking angles tenaciously. The Cowboys have allowed a miniscule 76.8 yards per game and two total scores to running backs this season, an easy choice in starting Reggie Bush.

It's obvious who the TE should be. It's Clark because he will rack up the most points because Manning likes to throw, and he is a solid TE(gets a good constant amount of points each week). Gates won't rack up a lot of points unless Rivers starts throwing like last year. For the RB, I think Bush would be better. Lynch is playing Dallas and their offense will probably take up the most time of the game. Bush is playing Carolina, with an avg def and avg offense. If Brees can't rely on himself to throw, then he will give the ball to Bush more.
My picks:
Clark over Gates
Bush over Lynch

Both TEs should have good weeks, with the edge to Gates. Start him. You should seriously consider putting Clark in as a flex position if your league permits.
Bush will absolutely have his best week this season against Carolina. Must start. Lynch will have an average day at best.

everybody has it all wrong
Gates is playing Denver and SD is struggling, he won't do all that well against their D
Clark is going to have a good day, TB hasn't played a quality opponent and will spend all their energy taking the long ball away from Wayne with Marvin out, That will leave dallas open for the short stuff and he is good for picking up yards after the catch
lynch is going up against a stingy dallas defense
bush will share some of the load, but the drafted him too high to share him with back-ups, and against Carolina he should have a good game, plenty of touches
