Focus on being pretty, not sexy. You'll not only be attracting attention of boys you own age, but unwanted attention of older men who do not have good intentions. Make yourself appealing based on more than just sexual appeal. A good look for someone your age would be a light eyeshadow (maybe a pink or gold shimmer based on your complexion) light mascara, a little powder and lip gloss. Try to balance a skirt or shorts with a larger top. If you're going to wear a tank top wear pants. Only wear heels with a dress. Don't try to match what other girls are wearing, the ones that are wearing revealing clothing are screaming for attention and not the right kind.

You should not be thinking about getting sexy at the age of 14. You will end up being thought of as cheap and sleazy and will attract a lot of attentions from perverts.
You need to concentrate on being a young lady, who is learning about the world, doing well in school and spending time with your friends and family.
Hope your parents know your on the Internet asking strangers these types of questions. You are asking for a world of trouble.
Please be careful, you only have one life and one time to be a teenager, be safe.

Since the obvious has been stated. I wanted to be sexy at 14 too, So I understand. There are TWO things I would consider. One is where you are going: who will be there and what will you be doing.... remember when you are with adults, they will look down on you for this, like it or not. The other thing is what you are implying, if you are not a sl-ut, I don't recommend looking like one.
There are some really cute styles out right now, like leggings under short skirts. Or little hand/arm warmers that are very cute, and hint at sext, without me even knowing why...
I would go with things that fit really WELL. not too tight or short. people will see how much sexier that is, once it matters. The people that think you need to be half naked to be sexy are NOT worth impressing.

coming from a fellow 14 year old, focus on your grades.
nobody cares weather or not you look "sexy". You've got plenty of time for that later anyways.

u dont need to be sexy... no one should go for beautiful and u prob are... God gave u a natural beauty not like any one else... but if u want to inhance that thats ok... wear a little bit of make up but not to much and wear something really cute that shows off ur curves just dont wear something skanky or anything
