I love em all, but I think he was his best in the 70's with tunes like You've Lost That Loving Feeling, I"ve Lost You and How the Web Was Woven

Polk Salad Annie, written by Tony Joe White. Jason and the Scorchers did a really good cover of it , too. Viva Las Vegas would be a close second.

I don't have a specific favorite but I especially like the songs he recorded with Sun Studios. He sounds young and fresh and the songs don't suffer from the overproduction that became more prevalent with his later releases.
