I dont know if that makes any difference, but i met him before he got married, and he fell in love with me and i know its head over hills because he does so many extraordinary things for me. Anyway, he wants to divorce because his wife is insufferable and because he wants to be with me. its easy to say you should break up and forget him, but i cant throw away all the memories and all the promises he gave to me. you cant hear i love you everyday

Monica B the answer to ur question is no. because he wasnt in love with her to begin with while he's in unimaginable love with me. And he had lots of chances to betray me but that never happened

In the "olden days" men would marry the girl they got pregnant. It was their "responsibility" and were sometimes pushed into the marriage by famiily. Im sure there are many men in their 50s who are still married to the woman they were "forced" to marry. I would say the majority of them are very unhappy and will have many regrets on their death beds. Its not like that now, so it is wise that your love is getting a divorce now before he gets too entrenched in the "responsibility" role. I bet his wife makes him feel guilty too. I bet she makes all kinds of threats to keep him chained to her. He needs to be strong......and so do you. When he gets his divorce then maybe your parents will accept that you are both in love with each other. They will come around once they can see how much in love you both are. You know how this man feels about you, and he knows how you feel about him. We are the masters of our own destiny and if both of you really want to be together then you will both make it happen. Good luck....give it some time and I am sure your parents will come to realise just how much you both love each other. You are 18, so you are not a child. You know where your heart is. Your parents just need to realise this.

If he is in unimaginable love with you, then why did he marry somebody else.... You're right, I really can't imagine that kind of love. So powerful, so determined, so all-sacrificing (not). Seriously, you must judge people by what they do, not by what they say. Any two-timing git can say he's unimaginable in love with someone. But look at what this guy does: marries another girl, gets her pregnant, wants to dump both her and her kid... Do you really think that's because she's crap and you're great? It's because HE'S crap. No wonder your parents don't want you to have anything to do with him. I don't even know you and I don't want you to have anything to do with him. Go to work; go to college; go around the world; find your life, but don't make him part of it.

You said you met him before he got married. I don't understand why he married the women if he loved you. In this day and age you don't have to marry the women that's having your baby. If he has only been married for 2 months and can't live with the wife already I guess he should have stayed with you in the first place.

You are of age so you don't need your parents approval. Nobody can force you to do anything.

I guess my best advice is to do what your heart tells you to do.

Well, if you're 18 then technically you're able to make your own decisions without your parents interfering. But come on, do you really want to get in the middle of something like this? He's only been married for 2 months and getting a divorce, he has a child...who's to say he won't drop you like a hot potato when he gets tired of you? You're 18, there are plenty of available men out there.

This is a lose, lose situation. First off, he's JUST OUT of a marriage. He's also now adjusting to the responsibilities of fatherhood. He's all kinds of messed up for now, and if you were smart, you'd listen to your parents, who only want what is best for you and stay away from this guy at least until he gets past all the drama. You are 18. Your parents actually can't "forbid" you to see anyone, but in this situation, I think "Momma knows best".

You were wrong for seeing a married man to begin with. What makes you think that he will stay with you if he can't make a marriage with his child's MOTHER work after only two months?

You should try dating someone who's not involved with another woman next time.

In love means what? You don't even know. In love means that you are meeting each others chemical response to emotional needs. He will only screw you for a while and leave. Then you will remember I told you and it will be too late because now you are pregnant and your poor parents will be picking up the pieces.
Get over it. There is someone better for you out there.

Bad move. Never mess with a married man or woman. They do not make for good partners. Only thing on that road is heartbreak. Next advice never date a newly divorced person they are on the rebound. Never get serious about a person that cheats on their bf/gf or spouse. They will cheat on you.
