neoliberal has this something to do with liberals(democrats)economical plan or is it something else????

Neoliberal or Neoclassical economics is actually politically Conservative. It favors free markets, small government and low taxes. Neoclassical economic theory predicts that the Mexican economy would grow rapidity under NAFTA, and this has not happened. If the policy had succeeded we would not have the problem with illegal immigration because there would be a good job market in Mexico.

I remember when NAFTA was first approved in 1992. The only major presidential candidate who opposed it was Independent Ross Perot. The others supported it.
