If you haven't seen this Aussie-based film, you should! She plays a hitchhiker appropriately nicknamed Hitch~not just for what she is but as a bow to Alfred Hitchcock. This film definitely is a Hitch homage, starring Stacey Keach.
Halloween (She's just so good in this!)
A Fish Called Wanda
Fierce Creatures (This one reunites the three stars of Wanda.)
Grandview, U.S.A.
True Lies
The Fog (It's a lesser role, but she gets to act with her mother, Janet Leigh!)
Face it: She's really great in her "teen scream queen" roles!

"A Fish Called Wanda" showed her skill at seductive comedy, her interplays with both John Cleese and Kevin ("DON'T Call me Stupid") Kline are textbook perfect.
I also like "True Lies" and the original "Halloween" as well.
